Just thinking about the fact that we will be a family of 3 in only 4 weeks is so mind-blowing to me! We are so incredibly excited but gosh… so nervous too! One thing that really intimidates me when it comes to delivering a baby is what to pack in my hospital bag for labor, delivery, & postpartum. There is SO much content out there on what to pack that it felt very overwhelming to me. After watching probably 100 Tik Toks, I think I finally have a set list of exactly what we are packing so I thought I would share!
One thing to note is that there are quite a few postpartum items that the hospital will likely supply us with (peri bottle, wipes, adult diapers, etc.), however I have heard that it’s often nice to have your own say when it comes to some of these items. I also did not include my husbands items which include basic overnight necessities: toiletries, charger, change of clothes, etc. We will also be bringing a bag of snacks!
