WHAT IS IT?
The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is a hugely popular sale that goes live every year in July. This year, due to COVID-19, the sale was pushed back a bit and is now live in August! The sale has gained so much popularity because it is one of the only sales that occurs BEFORE the season even starts!! The sale features mainly fall-inspired pieces and is great to shop to prepare your wardrobe for the upcoming season!
IMPORTANT DATES:
July 24: Sale preview- get a head start on picking out pieces you know that you want to purchase once the sale goes live.
August 4: The start of the Nordstrom cardholder early access- depending upon what tier you hold, you will get early access to the sale! Icons get first pick!
August 7, 10, 13: Cardholder early access: Ambassadors (7th), Influencer’s (10th), Insiders (13th).
August 19: Sale is FINALLY open to the rest of the public!
HELPFUL TIPS
- If you are a cardholder but not sure when you have access, check your membership access by logging into your Nordstrom account and clicking on “The Nordy Club” tab on the left hand side. This tool will tell you your status as well as when you’ll be able to shop the sale!
- Items go SO FAST- preview the items before the sale goes live and bookmark each item you want to buy. Once you are given access, you can purchase each item separately (free shipping on everything!) to ensure someone else doesn’t get it before you!
- The sale opens online at 8:30 CST so set an alarm to make sure you’re first to snag the pieces you want!
- Check back online often- the sale gets updated frequently and some items might get restocked on a later date.
